Long distance rider, writer, inspirational speaker and closet comedian living with Multiple Sclerosis, Paul Pelland is on a fantastic adventure, riding a million miles raising awareness and funds for MS while speaking across the country inspiring others to continue following their passions and chasing their dreams. 

Known around the country as “Longhaulpaul,” we are thriled to say that he will be riding into the show and you can meet him in person at the Motus of New England’s display.  Stop by and meet this inspirational rider that is making a difference in our world!

Paul has an incredible inspiring story, with a message of follow your passion and learning to live life to the fullest despite whatever potholes appear along the way.  Come down to the show and meet him in person.

 

Longhaulpaul

In 2012, as a MS patient and former motorcycle endurance competitor, Paul Pelland began the longest and hardest ride of his life. After making his diagnosis public, he began officially documenting a million mile motorcycle journey for Multiple Sclerosis.

In the last six years, he has presented dozens of motorcycle presentations and seminars, became a columnist for health and motorsport magazines and set two world records; all while raising awareness, funds and a bit of hell along the way.

As of December 2018, he has documented 350,000 miles across 49 states, speaking at over 250 events while raising awareness and over $150,000, all for Multiple Sclerosis. His highly accessorized motorcycle has been and will continue to be on display under the corporate Yamaha tent at national events and dealerships across the country.

Paul’s first bike, CURECHASER, was retired after setting a world record and is on display at the Barber Motorsports Museum where his story is being shared with over 250,000 visitors each year.
